There’s a part of you that’s a high achiever with perfectionistic tendencies that feels exhausted and overwhelmed, riddled with self-doubt. The days go by in a flash as you strive to please and meet others: expectations, wants, and needs, while you’ve lost sight of your own. The present moment feels out of reach as you constantly think into the future or ruminate over the past.

You hope to work on freeing yourself from pain stemming from trauma or difficult life circumstances that manifest in your day to day as: stress, anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem issues, negative body image, emotional eating, relationship struggles, career concerns, or life transitions.
